Terms And Conditions

• This promotion involves the entitlement of an eligible person, as defined in these terms and conditions, to $200 gift voucher (Referral Payment).
• A person will only be eligible for a Referral Payment if this person refers a candidate to Alliance Recruitment (Referred Candidate) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• A person will only be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to the placement of a Referred Candidate in a contract assignment with one of Alliance Recruitment’s client if the relevant contract assignment has a term of 3 months or more and if the Referred Candidate has completed six weeks or more of this contract assignment.
• A person will be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to the permanent placement of a Referred Candidate after that Referred Candidate remains or has remained employed by Alliance Recruitment's client for a minimum period of 3 months or for the duration of the relevant placement guarantee period, whichever is the longer period.
• A person will only be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to a Referred Candidate up until and including June 30, 2012.
• If a person is eligible for a Referral Payment in accordance with these terms, then the Referral Payment can either be issued to the eligible person at an Alliance Recruitment branch in the state in which the referral is made or it can be posted out by Alliance Recruitment to the address of the eligible person as provided to Alliance Recruitment by that eligible person.
• Alliance Recruitment and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any Referral Payment, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• Where applicable and without limiting clause 7, Alliance Recruitment and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or the loss of a Referral Payment whilst a Referral Payment is in transit.
• For the avoidance of doubt, all references to "Alliance Recruitment" in these terms refer to Alliance Recruitment Pty Limited ABN 08 075 930 933
