The role of Administration Manager is part of the leadership team and is pivotal within the organisation. Reporting to and working closely with the Regional Manager the role is responsible for a team of 4 Sales Representatives paperwork and organisation providing exceptional administrative service to the operation of the business.
This includes diary management, Excel and Microsoft Office, commercial, contract, document control, systems and oversee all administrative processes for the team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in managing a busy administrative desk, solid corporate Administration Management skills with the ability to mentor, support and provide training to remote administration teams.
Tertiary business administration or similar qualifications are preferred.
You should be able to demonstrate a passion towards providing high levels of administrative support, are process driven with the ability to work independently on your own initiative. This organisation offers a supportive culture and environment.
