The role
An initial 6 month contract Project Support Officer role based in Bentley has now become available to work for one of the State's premier electrical firms. You will be responsible for document control and project administrative support.
The responsibilities for the role include:
- Managing document control to meet deadlines and performance targets
- Undertaking document administration and archiving of project records
- Coordinating the management of project drawing control
- Participating and recording regular project team meetings
- Scheduling meetings and compiling minutes
- Arranging travel and accommodation
What you need
To be successful in your application you will possess:
- Background in project support
- Previous experience in document control
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
