This leading supplier in their given field, are looking for an experienced inbound customer service officer to join their busy team ASAP! Based in the Wetherill Park area, own Transport is essential! For the right candidate this position has the potential to be long term!
Your duties will be but not limited to:
- Answering high volume inbound calls
- High volume data entry
- Processing orders
- Processing payments
- Liaising with both internal and external clients
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- A strong customer service background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Min 10,000 ksph a MUST
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Self motivated
- High attention to detail
- Can do attitude
