Customer Insight Analyst
$26 - 50 (hourly) $26 - $50
As the Customer Insight Analyst you will be required to leverage the information of customers to develop insights about them in different segments through analysis, segmentation and predictive modelling. You will be proactively engaging with key stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to communicate actionable customer insights and improve the quality of decisions around sales, marketing campaigns, customer management, the customer contact experience and business profitability.
 
Working in the Customer Insight Analyst position, you will be part of the Training & Improvement Solutions Marketing Team (Asia Pacific), and reporting to the Marketing Manager.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Information architecture and insights, and coordination of data integrity processes, to ensure critical customer data fields (new and existing) are populated and integrity maintained
  • Customer needs analysis and market research
  • Customer life cycle management and automation, and measuring performance in the maintenance of profitable customer relationships
  • Continual improvement projects
  • Supporting and enhancing the professional image of the business
 
The successful applicant will have the following:
 
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential for this role, as well as knowledge of Marketo being highly desirable
  • Business degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Exposure to customer profitability and behavioural modelling.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Familiarity with and experience in large scale databases where the volume, scope and complexity of data is significant.
  • At least 2-3 years of advanced analytical or modelling experience in a data-driven role
  • Experience using CRM for customer segmentation and analysing customer behaviour
  • Web marketing experience and knowledge of web analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and database management
  • Project planning
